Usually the port cannot be accessed because the service is down or the port is blocked by the firewall, here I will explain how to make access to normal again

1. Install Firewall
yum install firewalld -y && rpm -qa firewalld

2. Recreate WHM & cPanel config
iptables-save > /etc/sysconfig/iptables.save && /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/configure_firewall_for_cpanel

3. Reload Firewall
sudo firewall-cmd --reload

4. Restart Firewall
systemctl restart firewalld

Please wait for 2 minutes before accessing the panel again, if it is still not accessible you can clear the cache on your browser
